But is enforcement making sure Eucharist Ministers would not give to known pro-abortion politicians?

Or is enforcement sending a letter to pro-abortion politicians stating that they may not receive communion, and the only way to allow them to receive communion is for them to see the local Bishop (a politician could take actions to re-cant of the sin, but I believe the Archdiocese of Atlanta and other dioceses that enforce this state that seeing the Bishop is the only way that the politicians can be released from this ban...)
