If the Monophysite churches claim that all their rejection of Chalcedon was a "misunderstanding" then let them proclaim the Creed and sign a statement that they subscribe to orthodox Christology, namely that Christ is fully God and fully Man.

But, I have a feeling they are trying to sneak their way back in through the back door without admitting that they were wrong (because such an admission invalidates them as a church) for 1700 years.

And, by all accounts, the Greeks are helping them, but in doing so they are not helping the Orthodox unity. Remember that those who associate with heretics are in danger of becoming heretics themselves.

There seems to be a lot of shady business in some particular Orthodox Churches, especially Middle Eastern ones.
