According to the Vatican, the proper term is “Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion” not “Eucharistic Minister” or “Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist.”
No matter what they’re called, they should be called “illicit” unless you’re in a Holy Mass of 1000 or more.
