Recent years have seen a renaissance in interest for the thought and personality of Dietrich von Hildebrand.

Self-serving gratuitous assertion which directly contradicts all available evidence. von Hildebrand will soon be forgotten. And the sooner the better.

His "personalism" has devastated Catholic philosophy and wreaked untold havoc on the teaching of Catholic morality, leading to the loss of countless souls.

But looking at the bright side, "personalism" seems to be fading as quickly as the aura of JPII.
