You don't understand.

You're rationalizing. Look at you: How Sneaky, denying that we think Mary is Divine. Whom do you think you're fooling?

They KNOW what we really believe. From casual observation and from supermarket tabloids and comic-book tracts they know far more than we will ever admit about the deep perversions found in, say Damascene, Augustine, Ambrose, and Aquinas. (Aquinas, huh? Isn't that an EyeTALian name? Thought so! See there?)

If they say we worship her, we worship her. Any defense is, by virtue of its coming from Catholics and defending Catholic belief and practice, at best a rationalization and probably an evil scheme.
