I forgot Luke 2, John 2 and Luke 8/Matthew 12/Mark 3, but I did mention Apocalypse (Revelation of St. John) chapter 12. I did not mention the Old Testament prophecies because I wished to limit myself to New Testament passages as was William’s scope in 454.

I believe, next to St. Peter, the Blessed Virgin Mary is the most frequently mentioned person in the New Testament other than Jesus and the Heavenly Father.

The Gospels had to do with the birth of Christ and His teachings. Mary is rarely mentioned as He taught, and twice Jesus was clear that she was no more important to Him than the multitudes that followed Him.

Nowhere does His disciples, or Paul, have anything to say about any supposed divinity of the woman. What you follow is made up from whole cloth by men.
