Scripture is sacred Tradition in convenient book form, it is not the source of a religion or faith, it is a teaching instrument Christ gave His Church. Sola scriptura is not a tenet of the Christian faith, never has been, so your request for scriptural support of any dogma is a preposterous notion. The question shouldn't’t be “where is that in Scripture” but “does it contradict scripture” and possibly “why is that held to be a dogma of the faith” all the while recognizing that it is the Church, established by Christ precisely for this purpose, that has the ultimate authority to teach.
