As stiff necked as you think that I may be, I will physically kneel before God. Or what you might say is my belief in what God is - the Eucharist. The Bible is full of the command to kneel. How much does the average Protestant kneel? How much do you?

John 4:23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

What does "in spirit and truth" mean? Spiritual worshop is not physical.

Worship is, narrowly defined, not physical.

But the outward manifestations ought to be very obvious. I would not consider somebody in full party mode on Girls Gone Wild not to be worshiping. Somebody cheering at the local college football game is probably not worshiping. They may be praying to God for the next touchdown or to stop the field goal, but not what I’d consider worship.

The Israelites’ worship throught the OT provides a model that we might consider.
