From Strongs, the word translated as Ham from Gen 5:32 is Cham (khawm) and the definition given is :”the same as ‘cham’ (2525); hot (from the tropical habitat); Cham, a son of Noah; also (as a patronymic) his descendants or their country:—Ham.”
Nothing there about black at all, and people’s names aren’t always an indication about their appearance. My brother Dale is more like a mountain.

God can curse people as he sees fit, when he sees fit. God is not bound by rules you have invented and which are not stated in scripture.
If your claim was valid, you should have been able to post a passage from the Bible and one from the BoM teaching mutually exclusive doctrines. You haven’t, and you can’t.
