The Roman Catholic Church is the universal church, and I’m pleased that the Pontiff has finally called you bible thumping evangelicals, ecumenics, and protestants for what you are....heretics.

We can be heretics if and only if we were formerly Catholics.

From the Catholic point of view we are simply "unchurched".

I suppose if the Catholic church had a vast surplus of missionaries they might well go out into this vast, overwhelmingly Protestant country and try to convince most people of the error of their ways.

Still, only ex-Catholics can be heretics.

Hmmmm..... I am assuming that you have a degree in biblical studies, not merely attending Mass or Catechism classes as a child, to make that statement.

For any one denomination to claim to be "the one true church" denies even the words of our Lord and Savior.

Better double check from the inerrant Word of God, the Holy Bible before making those statements.

Better yet, read about the words of Martin Luther as to why he was leaving "the one true church" you might, just might have pause to reflect.
