Since you never got around to answering my question in post 137 about how many denominations there were in the Catholic church, I found an answer on another thread.
“At present there are 22 Churches that comprise the Catholic Church. The new Code of Canon Law, promulgated by Pope John Paul II, uses the phrase “autonomous ritual Churches” to describe these various Churches (canon 112). Each Church has its own hierarchy, spirituality, and theological perspective.”

all of these recognize the pope as their leader, and all share identical doctrine, those aren’t denominations.
