The convolution of this passage from remembrance to "transubstantiation" The Bible and the Fathers teach the Real Presence. The Catholic teaching of the Transsubstantiation is a way to rationally explain the Real Presence. There is no claim that the doctrine of Transsubstantiation is directly scriptural or even patristic.
