Have you ever asked anyone in your life to do anything for you? Do you worship them?

This is an old and tired argument without substance. The bible says not to worship the created things, and that includes making images of them and praying to them. Angels are created, their purpose is to worship God, not answer your prayers. That is God’s authority alone, and we are to pray in Jesus’ name, not Michael’s or anyone elses. To do otherwise is to have your own personal way of worship, the same as Cain, who so displeased God by it. That’s why we have a revelation from God, so we know how to worship Him. When you toss out the instruction book, you are making up your own religion, which in a man’s eyes, seems right to him, but it is not acceptable to the Lord.
