**I thought that the pope was the Antichrist, and that the Catholic Church was the “whore of Babylon.”** Regardless of their many doctrinal disagreements that is the one thing that ALL protestants have in common!

Where do you get these ideas? From a few Internet sites? There are always folks who will say such things, but do you honestly believe ALL Protestants go around calling the Pope the Antichrist? Expressing a disagreement with Catholic theology is not the same as calling Catholics members of the "whore of Babylon."

I think it was his abrasive way of saying that the countless Protestant demoninations are so different the only thing they have in common in their schism from the Catholic Church.
