I believe that you mean Arlin Adams who founded the list in collaboration with Sionnsar.
Arlin Adams founded the list at some unknown time. I stumbled across it one day and signed up. A while later he started calling on me for help with the HTML in some of the postings (somewhere I'd mentioned creating web pages). A few months later he suggested the Traditional Anglican Resource Page, presenting the list of the Continuing churches I'd been compiling. I started adding other material to the page, and he would sometimes direct me to other material to link.
Then Arlin passed away. The list was dead for three to four weeks before I volunteered to pick it up, with the understanding that I was just posting news. Sharon Adams (who sometimes logs on using Arlin's account -- it is out of respect for his memory that the ping list begins with his screen name) sent me the list, and the rest you all know.
Anyway, it looks like a resounding blow for othodoxy has been landed by the Virginia congregations.
