It doesn't matter one whit what day of the week one worships or gathes to worship God.

Of course it matters. While worship on any and every day is great, the Ten Commandments demand that we honor the Lord's Day. And whether one subscribes to the Judaizer heresy or not, I believe all Christians still recognize the Ten Commandments.
