Anyone in any sect can become a Christian if he or she puts their faith and trust in Jesus Christ and Him alone. They may not be able to stay in their sect after doing that, but anyone can come to know Christ in a personal way and have a loving and personal relationship with Him as our Abba Father, or Daddy. I KNOW whom I have believed and I WILL be with Him for all eternity. That's called eternal assurance (or INsurance).

They were born with a personality that they eventually corrupted. It wasn't their personality which God creatd them with that brought them down. It's the sin in their lives and what they did with their God-given personality.

On the word "strive" as it was interpreted from the Greek in 2 Timothy 2:24 (machomai) it is a bad thing, i.e. quarrel, fight.

And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all [men], apt to teach, patient, In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And [that] they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will. - 2 Tim 2:24-26

But in Luke 13:24, the interpretation of strive from the Greek word agonizomai is a good thing, i.e. making a profound effort:

Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. - Luke 13:24

My intention is to strive as in agonizomai not machomai - as I make a profound effort to be transparent in His Light.

I have no argument with that. The church IS the body of Christ but that doesn't mean there's ONE denomination that's the CHURCH. Many churches make up the body. You seem to feel that your church is the ONLY church and you are just wrong, kawaii.

Oh! that WE could be transparent in EACH OTHER NOW... as it will be when language is no longer an issue.. Diamond then will be ultra metaphorical.. When words or even personal NAMES are not needed.. I submit that we do have a taste of it while yet in the flesh as we Christians share in the mind of Christ - speaking in Spiritual terms that the natural man cannot receive. Imagine how wonderful it will be when we have weighed anchor from these physical bodies!

wrong. There are many sects who don't believe the way christians do but they're cultish and not a true Christian church. You can't paint all protestant churches with a broad brush because there are MANY of us who know the truth and live it. I wish I could say the same of a lot of catholics and EO's in the world.
