Please refer back to the original post. It was stated that the church was founded on Peter. My reply is that it was not founded on Peter but rather on our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the reason for our churches, not Peter.<<

I should have much more clearly separated my response to your post (the first line of my post) versus my criticism of the original article. I really should have made that into two separate posts for clarity. Thanks for a civil response to what sounded like an attack.
Thank you so much for saying that. I'm glad to know it wasn't an attack and I was just misreading it. It is so easy for things to get out of hand when religion is being discussed. As you said, "The Lord is with us all".
