Well, I actually have, over a vacation. It's not a tough read - the book is just narrow, making it appear to be a huge book. It focuses mainly on the creed. And yeah - I've read the whole Baltimore catechism too.
And when the new Catechism, and the corrected version, were published I assume you read each of them cover to cover. Further, I assume you represent the universe of Catholics.

We are redeemed.
Eph 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

That is the first time I have ever heard it called such. Easter is the climax of the Church Year -- Christ died for our sins and rose again to send his disciples on their way and set His church in motion. Easter is the Pagan holiday of the worship of the fertility God(dess)...Hence the eggs...
Pentecost is the religious holiday connected to the sacrificial shedding of blood...
Easter is also connect to the Sun God...Hence the sunday morning sunrise service (worship) warned against in the bible...
Easter is a lot older than Christianity...

Believing is not a work. The Lord Jesus did all the work for me. Baptism is a work. You are depending on your good works for salvation and I am putting my faith in what Jesus did for my salvation. Which one is really easier?

If you are burdened for the soul of a catholic, why not talk to them personally? Posting this kind of stuff here never seems to advance civil debate. Is that what you were trying to do?I do talk to Catholics personally...And who knows??? Maybe some Catholic or anyone for that matter may, when he/she gets off the net today, open the bible, or go down and buy one and look for themselves what God has to say...
I have never said follow me...But follow God...Maybe God will burden someone from what I have to say...

I have gone through every reference you've made to her on this thread, you have NEVER ONCE referred to her as "blessed" you have always simply called her Mary. Find an exception and I will apologize.I have been blessed many times...Mary of course was blessed...If you are saying Mary is Bless-Ed, maybe that implies a different connotation...Does the bible say she was Blessed, or Bless-Ed???

My sins were judged at the cross. He will remember them no more! Jesus has covered my sins with his blood. I have no clue what Martin Luther taught or manufactured.

He's not bad, but I gotta support somebody ... Hunter is it. What I'll do if he's not the "R" nominee remains to be seen ... but I have no delusions about other candidates.

Do you think you can do something to lose it?

James was NOT the brother of Jesus, but the son of Zebedee. Mary was a perpetual virgin. Have we been through this before?Yes we have but you keep forgetting, so I am just reminding you of what even your own church historian Eusebius tells us about James, the brother of Jesus:
"Even at this time Ignatius was known as the 2nd bishop of Antioch, Euodius having been the first. Symeon likewise was at that time the 2nd ruler of the Church of Jerusalem, the brother of our saviour having been the first". [Church History, Book III, Chapter 22]

I don't know how you can lose His grace, but you sure can reject it.

I joined a third party--the CP. I wonder who they'll choose? Duncan Hunter, Ron Paul or Brownback?

I haven't "joined" any party ... and am unlikely ever to do so. I register to vote as a Republican, in order to effectively cast a primary vote.

Have you forgotten Matthew 13:55:
They were astonished and said: "Is not this the carpenter's son? Is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren James, and Joseph and Simon and Jude? and his sisters, are they not all with us?" [The Holy Bible: The Catholic Press].

My Church, begun in 33 AD, feels otherwise, and as she is the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church, I'll defer to Her (the Church) and to her (Mary) with regards to interpreting what Jesus Christ wills of each of us. In short, I bow to the Authority of the Catholic Church and her (Mary's) advice.************
Amen. Well said, Frank.
