The Catechism of the Catholic Church is an excellent resource, but it does not contain every teaching of the Church, nor is it without occasional flaws and errors.The writer leaps off the rails like Toodle here, going off to chase his buttercups.
Mystical Baptism solves the problem of the dictum that outside the Church there is no salvation.
Why is this dogma (not dictum) "a problem"? Its only a problem for those who don't want to be Apostles.
