Let's see. My uncle was 9 at the time, and his mother had died about 6 months prior.
Rubber hose at a time like that isn't as good as the rack used to be. Where's the good equipment like they used to have? Drawn and quartered could be interesting.

Yeah, there's always two sides to a rubber hose beating: Forehand and backhand. LOL!!! It all depends on the meaning of "rubber hose". :O)
