"Far From Rome, Near to God: Testimonies of Fifty Converted Roman Catholic Priests." Edited by Richard Bennett and Martin Buckingham. Edinburgh: The Banner of Truth Trust, 1997.
My father is a Catholic converted to the Baptist faith.
He's far, far harder on the RCs than I would ever dare to put into print.
Now, Dr. E. . . . we KNOW they can't have been priests!
Goodness--they'd have KNOWN something about the !!!EDIFICE!!!
And NO ONE who KNOWS ANYTHING REAL OR SERIOUS OR SUBSTANTIVE ABOUT
!!!THE EDIFICE!!! and the !!!MAGESTERICAL!!!
would EVER leave
Mary's . . . wellll . . . Mary's . . . uhhhh . . . lap.
Why, that would be ipso facto proof of insanity . . . or
chronic and genetic lap allergy or . . .
lactose intolerance of the worse sort . . . or . . .
So, CLEARLY the authors are lying . . . they must have been deacons or maybe temporary altar boys hired from amongst the children of the local lettuce pickers.
That's it. They could NOT have been REAL priests in the most high and lofty magesterically affirmmed, buttressed and fossilized Roman Universal Church. Just doesn't compute!
tilt, tilt, tilt, tilt, tilt, does not compute, tilt tilt tilt, would someone please unplug me, tilt, tilt, tilt. does not compute . . . Dr Smith . . . does not compute . . . Will Robinson . . . does not compute, does not compute . . .
