A non-Christian is usually seeking "proof" or evidence outside of Scripture to convince their brains that Jesus is true.

I follow what your saying. However, don't Jews accept the book of Daniel as part of their Talmud?

In Daniel 9:23-27, I think you find the strongest prophecy about Jesus with the 70 7's. If you follow the time line from when Nehemiah rebuilt the walls of Jerusalem to the crucifixion of Jesus mentioned by Josephus and Pliny the younger (I believe) it is consistent. IOW, the proof is there from their own sources.

This is an area I'm not that well versed in. I have listened to sermons by converted (Messianic ?)Jews, and they are awesome to learn from! I have also read stories of rabbi's and other Jewish leaders reading up on Jesus in an effort to debunk the idea of Jesus being the Messiah, and becoming Christians. (Jews for Jesus, I think was the site.)

Still, it will take faith in the Talmud as well as faith that the New Testament is accurate to come to the "door" so to speak.

Sincerely

No.
The Book of Daniel is part of the TaNaKh, the Hebrew Bible.

The Talmud is the written collection of the oral laws of the Jews. It runs about 26 volumes, and is an encyclopaedic description of every issue in life under the sun, and the learned opinions of the rabbis as to the law.

The Shulchan Aruch is a condensed version of the oral law.

It's all the law, oral, written, same thing.
