I don't find New Testament writings to be inspired at all so hence verses bashing Pharisees really doesn't thrill me all that much.What about the fulfillment of prophecy found in Jesus the Christ?

To a Christian, yes that makes sense. To a non-Christian, that is circular logic. A non-Christian is usually seeking "proof" or evidence outside of Scripture to convince their brains that Jesus is true. You can find Jesus mentioned in other historical documents (Josephus for one and I think Thucydides also mentions Jesus), but that doesn't "prove" his fulfillment of OT prophecies, only that a man name Jesus existed.
Try debating with a atheist with a science background and you will see what I mean. When you read the Bible though, you see that we can only come to God through faith. It is never through knowledge or "proof." Miracles is about as close as we get to "proof" but even then it takes faith. I guarantee you that you could be miraculously healed of cancer, and people will still doubt God did it. Shoot, just look at what the Pharisees said when Jesus Himself healed people!!!
1Cor 1:21-25 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom: But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;
But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God. Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
Sincerely

What about the fulfillment of prophecy found in Jesus the Christ?Those are a matter of selective interpretation. I don't find any of the alledged fulfillments, for example, those that Matthew speaks about to be very convincing at all. They are retroactivley fulfilled by those who wish them to be so.
