Heb 6....For it is impossible for those who were once illuminated, have tasted also the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, Have moreover tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, And are fallen away: to be renewed again to penance, crucifying again to themselves the Son of God, and making him a mockery.

Heb 10....For if we sin wilfully after having the knowledge of the truth, there is now left no sacrifice for sins, But a certain dreadful expectation of judgment, and the rage of a fire which shall consume the adversaries.

These are pretty straight-forward verses...As you can see, once you lose your salvation, you can't get it back...And make no mistake...There is no distinction between a venial or mortal sin...If you have 'borrowed' a pencil and didn't give it back, or you have a habit of over eating, you're doomed...

And if you don't believe that, you can't claim you believe the bible...

I didn't read in scripture where your personal opinion is the pillar and ground of truth

There is no distinction between a venial or mortal sin...

Here John is speaking to Christians about Christians: 1 John 5:16 If anyone sees his brother commit a sin that does not lead to death, he should pray and God will give him life. I refer to those whose sin does not lead to death. There is a sin that leads to death. I am not saying that he should pray about that. 17 All wrongdoing is sin, and there is sin that does not lead to death.

There is only one sin which leads to death for those who are saved.
