I had been wondering what the one with the equal sign was.... I guess now I know (barf).
The "equals sign" sticker indicates support for "equal rights" (barf) for homosexuals. It's a fag-tag, same as a rainbow flag.
The Human Rights Campaign sticker is their logo. And it is the exact shape, configuration and color combination of the BSA's "Denner" patch (which they don't use anymore but still retain the rights to); it was worn by a kid in a Cub Scout Den who was in charge of helping the Den Leader in running the Den Meeting. One of these days the BSA will pull their chain on the trademark violation.
