What does that have to do with the discussion as to whether or not the concept of sola scriptura is in the bible?

If you're going to hang your hat on solo scriptura, it is only meaningful if there is but one interpretation.

You cannot have sola scriptura when scripture wasn't finished being written, and was not in wide distribution.

Not only is the Canon of Scriptures not contained in the Bible, the idea of Sola Scriptura is not in the Scriptures. Nowhere is it explicitly or implicitly stated that the Bible alone is to be used. And in fact, many verses contradict this idea.
