I thought you said that the Orthodox Church was one church. Are you now saying there are many denominations in the Orthodox Church, and if so, what doctrinal issues separate them? You seem to like the Roman idea of one mighty heirarchal church. That's not how Christ church was established and that's not how the Orthodox church is organized.

There are bishops with jurisdiction over given areas.

Some orthodox churches have attended the WCC and NCC to lobby protestant anti-Christians to return to Christian ways. ROCOR ain't one of them.
