Is this specific litigation or just a general preparation? This is a very dangerous road to go down. Congress shall make no law, after all. I don't see how the Judiciary could make a judgment in any case between diocese. Such a decision could be construed to be federal favorism, which IS what Jefferson meant when he spoke about the wall.

Wow!
If a judge is indeed helping the bishop prepare for litigation, this is an INCREDIBLE violation of judicial ethics.
A judge is supposed to be NEUTRAL - not helping one side.
I hope they figure out who the heck this is, and impeach his black-robed butt. This is beyond evil.
