This thread, actually, is pretty mild, as attack threads go. You really, really have to commit some extreme outrage in the Religion Forum against a religion to suffer even the mildest consequences. I've seen a poster denigrate the Mother of God by demeaningly discussing her toilet habits. That received an almost-rebuke of the mildest sort.
As long as one isn't directly attacking an individual FR poster, and as long as you're not intruding into a "protected thread," pretty much any ugly, evil attack is permitted here on the Religion Forum. I've taken the issue up with Management before, to absolutely no avail at all.
No, this thread is rather mild, in terms of Religion Forum attack standards.

Do not confused work being done with desire!
Once the work is done vicariously it is up to the individual and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Just because the letter of the law is carried out, one should not read more into it!

He believed it. He left everything behind and migrated with his family to Utah.
I believe it. I've had too many experienes confirming it to ever deny it.

I have tried both ways. I am much better off being a Mormon.

I think it is clear that I am NOT the Relgion Moderator. I might be a pretty good one, come to think of it, since I have no dog in the hunt. I just don't like contentless gratuitous metaphysical flames. And so it goes. :)
