PFFFT! Lotharos are the LEAST manly, LEAST masculine of them all. They are constantly obsessing about hair/clothes/appearance. They go to the gym and stare at themselves. They become *slaves* to the sexual urge and that makes them weak and puny, to the point when they *cut and run* like scared little girls at the very sight of any kind of lasting, meaninngful relationship with a woman.
Is Hugh Hefner a man? He is SOO damn effeminate. What the hell kind of man walks around in a bathrobe???
The MANLIEST men are those who are either a) married with children and with a hard-working job, or those men who b) are entirely chaste and seem strangely aloof from women (e.g. Eastwood in the spaghetti westerns, Natty Bumppo in Last of the Mohicans).
And in either case, note and note well that they are manly precisely BECAUSE the sexual urge DOES NOT control them!

Ick. He's really, really creepy.
He is a busy man with a lot of business to attend to. He doesn't have time to change from business attire to birthday suit how ever many times a day he does, so hence the business attire Hughey style.
