Ah yes, I recall that this was an old Roman Catholic chant. Was it from the Tridentine or Gallican liturgy?

My vote would be for a restoration of a single liturgy ... in Spanish. Patrick would prefer Greek. We're getting him Greek alphabet blocks for Christmas.
