As soon as KJS is installed as PB, TEC will, in my opinion and in my heart, cease to exist as a Christian body. It will, rather, be Christian in much the same was as the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is Christian. They acknowledge someone named Jesus...but not the Jesus Christ that I accept as my Lord and Saviour. So what TEC does or claims to believe as soon as the PBs miter is placed upon her head, and afterward, has as much bearing as what the clean-cut young men in white shirts on bicycles do or believe. I grieve...I pray...and I walk away.
My first thought on read this was "antichrist in the temple of God."
That is almost an exact statement of the mental image I have from my first awakening to the situation in PECUSA that led, in a year or two, to my departure.

Hey! Leave us "Mormons" out of this. We have nothing to do with ordaining female bishops or peddling paganism to mainline Christians.
Seriously, the events described in the article have me scratching my head. What are these "Druids" thinking? Do they consider themselves Christians at all?
