actually in Paul's writings there are 3, including episkopos (?), which is where Bishop comes from. your greek for priest who performs sacrifices was not as the term Priest ( persbyteros) as Paul used it, but in a pagan context.

Episkopos means an overseer, presbuteros just an elder (in age). I am not sure what you mean by +Paul "used it in a pagan context." Saint Paul makes many references to "presbuteros" in the context of "apostoles and elders" (see Acts) and not at all in a "pagan context."
