I can vouch for marajade. (It happens I have studied in a seminary, but that pales in comparison to reading God's Word with an open heart and Bible study with others, listening to good Bible teaching, etc.)
We have absolutely no need for any "vicar" of Christ, because we have Christ. There are so many Bible passages to support this (and none to refute) that one hardly knows where to begin.
And on the other hand, each of us represents Christ to this world and to our brother, we all being priests needing as the writer of Hebrews stated over and over again, only one High Priest, once and for all.

I can vouch for marajade. Do you vouch for the lies she has told about me on this thread? And don't ask me to point them out yet again, that's already done upthread, repeatedly.

We have absolutely no need for any "vicar" of Christ, because we have Christ. So, there's absolutely no need for the Catholic Church at all? The Vatican should just close down? Thanks for clearing that up for us.

We have absolutely no need for any "vicar" of Christ, because we have Christ. Who is the "we"?
If the Church had no need of bishops and priests and deacons, then why did the Apostles ordain them to these offices?
