Luk 12:48. . .For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
Ignore that it comes from what you deny. Consider the communication itself as an evident truth. And, no, it's not talking about scientific or medical achievements. If the Jewish people are going to make claims, they're are going to have to act at the same level.
I haven't seen anything yet, just the same old selfserving, materially oriented, insular and paranoid behavior of any other physical creature. No more, no less.
If you want some sort of special consideration, you had best present some evidential credentials of service to all God's people in accordance with His law.
Still haven't come up with originals I take it. Oh well.
Ya Jewish people must remember New Testament Scripture. Right.
Its your choice to interpret these writings to accomodate a certain spin.
Your criticisms of Christianity would be sounder if you knew something about it.
You don't know me and this assessment happens to be incorrect. Of course you're probably under the illusion that your assumptions are somehow inspired.
And I don't think your problem is with "antisemitism", but with the Gospel, itself.
Well duh. From your perspective if I don't empbrace certain tenants of your faith I'm an enemy of the Gospel. Perhaps its you that arent familiar with your own religion.
OK, your choice. But your sensitivities don't obligate others in any manner.
That sounds ominously familiar. Some Europeans had this same attitude in the 30's 40's. Nothin much new under the sun.
Your are wrong on every count. First your assumption that I interpret the writings to accommodate a "spin". No. I have no agenda, certainly not an antisemitic one. You don't know me, and your assumption is offensive.
Read the Gospels for yourself. Jesus always addressed the individual, not society.
I don't know you, that is true. But your ignorance of Christianity and what it means shines through for all to see. And you make another assumption, namely that I am making assumptions based on "inspiration". Again, you are wrong. I am depending only on what the words of the writings actually say.
I've got no problem with you rejecting the Gospel. That's between you and God. You do not have to embrace any tenets of my faith. Perhaps you would care to enlighten me as to what I might be ignorant about with my own faith? You may even be right. I certainly don't claim to know everything about anything.
Nor did I call you an enemy of the Gospel, nor would I care if you are. I just said that you seemed to have a problem with it. A statement which you have now confirmed. Fine. But it is your problem, and I see no need to change my beliefs to accommodates you. Perhaps if you left off the personal attacks we might have grounds to discuss it and at least agree to disagree. For instance, calling people Nazis, as you just did, is the sign of a person that knows he has lost the argument. Not being sensitive to you precious feelings is not the same as marching them to the gas chambers. And you know it. You are just being gratuitously ignorant. Whoops, I mean "invincibly". Perhaps you should learn to be more sensitive to the religions and cultures of others instead of demanding they do so for you
Look, answer me this. How does my believing the Gospels hurt you in any way?
Look drama queen. Your righteous indignation is transparent. You having beliefs doesn't hurt me at all. Try the poor persecuted Christian routine on somebody else. The subject of this article is barfable. Its always the Jews that have the "major misconceptions"....
Perhaps the finger occasionally should point the other direction.
Wow!! Talk about projection!!
OK. I'm done.
Don't show me anything. Show the world. And, because a maxim is located in a bed of scripture that you don't accept does not reduce it's truth. You know the scripture I cited was truth.
GodSoft may no longer support Covenant 1.0 (Jesus was, of course, the last prophet sent to the Israelite people, 2000 years ago); you should upgrade to Covenant 2.0.
But, hey, don't worry about it; you know what's true, right?
