Did Mary need a Savior?

Yes, she did. And she had one. That much is Catholic dogma.

It does not follow from that the she was a "sinner". A person who commits no actual sins, but is descended from Adam, still requires salvation through Christ. To say otherwise is the heresy of Pelagianism.
