Silliest thing I've heard of so far today.

Perhaps, but to humor my dear mom, who says two rosaries a day, I did this in a slow market in 2003 in Boca Raton, FL.
We got a 97% of List Price offer 5 days later, accepted & closed on it.

This looks to me like nothing so much as shamanism dressed in Christian trappings. I wouldn't do it even if it was proven to work...perhaps especially not then.

O.K. guys, get a load of this. My house was on the market (hot market) for 38 months. No one could figure why it wasn't selling. Turns out it was marketed under the wrong area (not a good one) while we were looking. Of course we bought a few hundred thousand under potential mark-up. Just the other day while gardening I found a Saint Joseph statue in the flower garden, I think upright. Will someone please tell me without a tin foil hat that ALL IS WELL?
All I hear is bury the statue upside down. I found this one right side up.
Flame but be easy...
