Of course, that was my gripe while a Protestant as well...too many "praise songs."
Needless to say, I did not make my decision based on music. LOL! Instead, I bought some CD's of older choral arrangements of traditional (now considered old fashioned) church music and figured I would be patient and wait.
This conference looks like a good sign.
