Most of these extremists are part of the Christian Identity Movement. There is a lot of good information on the theology of CIM available on the web. But some highlights of their beliefs are: 1. Belief that white Europeans and Americans are the true descendants of the tribes of Israel. 2. That those who call themselves Jews are actually descendants of Cain or the result of Eve mating with the serpent (satan) I assume they mean the devil took human form. 3. That the laws and proscriptions of the OT must be followed.

The followers of CIM are usually. Anti-Semitic, White Supremacists ( though some believe that other races should simply live separate from whites and do not endorse violence against them.) They think the American government is an agent of worldwide Zionists and refer to it as ZOG. Zionist Occupied Government. The crimes committed by CIM members include the shooting of radio host Alan Berg. However many CIM followers are not violent and do not endorse the violence of others. In some instances they have been victims of over zealous actions of the government agencies who think their very faith is a danger. Randy Weaver is a good example of this.

My fear is that these nasty little groups may well be the seeds of something as destructive as the Taliban, as the Islamofacists. I mean, you listen to some of these nutcases; and the only thing they are really objecting to is the fact that Muslims, not hyperChristians, are doing the judging. Listen to one after the other, it's too close to comfort for me.
