On one level, yes the Lord provided water for them to drink and I suppose they could have bathed with it, but still, it has nothing to do with baptism. The root word for streams suggests water flowing like the Nile, and therefore it suggests prosperity, all that they needed. On a higher level, this rock represents the Lord, from whom rivers flow, and we don't suppose anything other than living water flows from Him. And the rock that was struck, by the way, was flint, which has an even higher level of meaning.
