I don't speculate a lot about that detail.
It' far enough removed from my daily priorities and even most of what I construe to be END TIMES priorities that I don't bother much about it.
That's OK. I figure that if God mentions a first resurrection, there is probably a second resurrection. Thus the first resurrection would be a metaphor, like the first birth, the first death, the first man, the first covenant, the first Jerusalem, etc.
