If there is a second resurrection, to whom does it apply?

Well, lets see.. there was Lazrus, those saints who came out of the graves at the time of the crucifiction, several others that Christ restored to life, a warrior who touched the bones of Elisha..

Did they died again or were taken to heaven after their first resurection? I don't have an answer for this.
