The passages are different, RDB. "Eagles Wings" is clearly a metaphor.
The waters turning to blood was obviously testimony of a miracle; a miracle necessary to influence the mind of the Egyptians, Israelites, and especially of Pharaoh.
The resurrection is also a miracle. Do you consider that simply a metaphor?
