So anything foreknown is really not part of the plan, kinda just like being in the appendix of the plan. Like an actor who ad libs a scene in the play. The director may have seen it coming but has no control.

There is plenty of scripture on God's foreknowledge and also on His soverignty. I'm not sure what your question is. Can you restate it?
