Ruthles ... the premise starts off wrong .. if your friend claims to be a Christian, then she follows Christ, who was born a Jew in the flesh .. and the history of the Jews is survival and retaliation .. with the exception of the Old Testament commands to wipe out nearly all of the Middle East at various times.

Israel (Isaac) has been hated by the Arabs (Ishmael) ever since Isaac was born, the true child of Promise. Ishmael has been throwing rocks for whatever time window you choose to believe .. personally, I'll say about 4,000 years.

The rocks have gotten more severe and the warfare more devestating.

Tell your friend to pray for the peace of Jerusalem and look for His second coming.
