The Church is the Kingdom. Christ is the King of that Kingdom. Christ is King, of the Church, of all believers and all disbelievers. He's King period.

The Church is not the Kingdom.

The Kingdom consists of other spiritual entities, such as Angels.

The Church is part of the Kingdom of God.

The Kingdom of Heaven will be a physical Kingdom with flesh and blood people repopulating the Earth and in the eternal state, the universe.
