I find it UTTERLY sad, desperate and racist, however gently puhrased, that these Christians identify, group and meet as a racial group.

Christians meet as women, men, teens, children, families, singles, married couples, new folks in the parish, fund-raisers for the schools, etc., but not as a racial group.

It doesn't take the polical acumen of Dick Morris or James Carville to see through this transparent PR ploy.

ECUSA is obviously feeling the heat from all the African parts of the Anglican Communion that have either cut off all relations with them or are about to, due to Robinson and other innovations. No doubt this brings fear into the hearts of AB Griswold and his apparatchniks. Can't be seen as too whitebread, it tends to offend their PC puppet masters.

Hence this pathetically staged attempt to make it look like ECUSA is one big happy rainbow colored family. Episcopal News Service ought to be renamed as the "Ministry of Information" or better yet, PRAVDA.
