The LAST trendy "reform" in ECUSA, in the 70s, where the radical/liberal faction rammed through the ordination of women without following the rules.

More or less the same way they gave Vicki Gene a pointy hat.

They only use the rules to crush others who disagree with them. The rules are not for them. Typical liberals.
