Uh . . . you won't find the chapter heading in the original Greek, or even in every Bible. That's what's called "editorial commentary". And it is dependent entirely on the opinion of the editors.

That's sort of along the lines of "if English was good enough for Jesus Christ, it's good enough for the schoolchildren of Texas!"
